If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to be contacted, we may send you text messages related to your quote request, appointment reminders, and account or servicing communications. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to reach us by phone or email.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. Information is shared only with insurance carriers as necessary to obtain quotes or place the coverage you request, and with the service providers described below who help us operate this site.
Appointment scheduling is handled by Calendly, and message delivery may be handled by communications providers such as Twilio. These providers process information only to perform services on our behalf and have their own privacy policies governing information you submit through them.
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested and to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
